Nice rug, slow shipping update
I bought The Doon Rug and it's a lovely addition to my dining room, very true to the website photos. The quality feels good for the price point, and it's holding up well so far. My only slight issue was that the shipping updates were a bit slow; it took 8 days to reach me, and the tracking didn't update for a few days in the middle. But once it got moving, it was here quickly. Overall, a good experience, but better communication on shipping would be nice.
